Stephen Twyerould, Ph.D.
Chief Executive Officer and President
Mr. Twyerould has over 30 years of experience in the exploration and mining industry, 17 of which were spent with WMC Resources Ltd. He managed WMC's gold geology group comprising 50 geologists across three operational sites, greenfields exploration and offshore development sites. He has extensive corporate, operations and exploration experience, covering a wide range of commodities both within Australia and offshore. Mr. Twyerould has a proven track record of discovery and definition of world-class ore bodies. In addition, he has expertise in unlocking geological potential to deliver operational improvements and business growth. He helped take Reliance Mining (now Consolidated Resources, CSM-AU) from a market capitalization of AUS$3 million to AUS$100 million in 4 years. Mr. Twyerould received a doctorate in Geology and Geochemistry from the University of Oregon in 1997 and a BSc (Hons) in Geology from the University of Melbourne, Australia in 1984.
Roland Goodgame, Ph.D.

Mr. Goodgame has been involved in the mining industry for over 30 years and has held senior roles in several large mining companies. He served as Senior Geologist of Anglo American PLC from March 2002 to January 2007 and was responsible for Asia/Pacific nickel and copper exploration and project evaluation/generation. Prior to this, he spent 14 years with WMC Resources Ltd., where he gained extensive experience in small and large scale gold and nickel mining. He received his doctorate in Geology and Geochemical Modeling at the University of Oregon in 1997. Dr. Goodgame graduated with a B.Sc. in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in 1987.
Greg Duschek, CPA, CA
Senior Vice President and CFO
Mr. Duschek has demonstrated leadership roles in finance, accounting, administration and operations spanning a broad range of industries, both public and private, across four countries. He was most recently the General Manager of Excelsior’s Gunnison Copper Project, having joined the Company in September 2017 as Site Controller; he was promoted to General Manager in April of 2018. Prior to joining Excelsior, Mr. Duschek was with Kinross Gold as Site Controller of the Fort Knox project in Alaska; his additional experience in the mining industry includes roles as Finance & Administration Manager at Detour Gold, and Operations Controller and Assistant Corporate Controller at Gabriel Resources, where he was also seconded to Romania as Interim VP Finance. Mr. Duschek earned his CPA, CA designation in 1998 while articling with Ernst & Young after obtaining his Bachelor of Commerce degree, Summa Cum Laude, in 1995 from McMaster University, Canada.
Robert Winton, P.Eng
Senior Vice President / General Manager
Excelling in the areas of strategic planning and leadership, Mr. Winton brings to Excelsior over 20 years of management experience within the mining industry. Mr. Winton was most recently the President and GM of Nyrstar Clarksville Inc., where he was responsible for the Clarksville Smelter, a 130 kiloton zinc refinery located in Tennessee. From 1997 to 2016, Mr. Winton enjoyed a diverse and accomplished career with Hudbay Minerals Inc., a diversified mining company that produces copper, gold, silver and zinc from several operations throughout North and South America. Most notably, from 2014 to 2016, Mr. Winton was Vice-President of the Manitoba Business Unit for Hudbay Minerals Inc.; in this role he was responsible for an autonomous base-metal business unit that comprised three underground mines, three mills, a zinc refinery, and over 1,400 employees. Mr. Winton is a registered Professional Engineer; he graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
JJ Jennex, B.A. Comm

Mr. Jennex has been active in both the junior resource industry and the international real estate sector for over 15 years. During this time he has held numerous positions with both private and publicly listed companies. Mr. Jennex has been with Excelsior Mining since 2010 and he is responsible for all aspects of corporate communications with shareholders, media and potential investors.
Ms. Paine has over 30 years’ experience as a senior paralegal, specializing in corporate, securities and regulatory matters both in Canada and the United States. For the past 14 years, Ms. Paine has acted as Corporate Secretary or Assistant Corporate Secretary for a number of public companies trading on various stock exchanges. In addition to being the Corporate Secretary of Excelsior, she is also the Corporate Secretary of Global Crossing Airlines Group Inc. (TSX-V and OTCQB) and Voleo Trading Systems Inc. (TSX-V).
